Dr. Chris Currens is a leadership coach and the founder of Currens & Associates, where he helps leaders and teams boost performance, navigate career shifts, and drive strategic change. With decades of experience spanning Wall Street to the White House, Chris has led high-performing teams across corporate, government, and nonprofit sectors. He holds a doctorate in organizational leadership and specializes in executive coaching, strategic planning, and change management.
Dr. Lisa Littlefield is a leadership consultant, speaker, and expert in communication and career development. With over 30 years of experience in public relations, workforce training, and higher education, she brings both real-world insight and research-based strategies to the table. She holds a B.A. in Mass Communications from Southern Illinois University, an M.A. in Communication and an M.S. in Professional Counseling from Georgia State University, and a Ph.D. in Counseling and Student Personnel Services from The University of Georgia.
